Here at University Synagogue we engage with our Judaism in diverse and exciting ways.
In line with our Reform Movement, University Synagogue has a long standing tradition of engaging in acts of social justice. From advocating in Washington, D.C. to supporting our local food pantry - our community engages in acts of justice to help those in need.
We also recognize that a community must be open and diverse. We are proud to have a strong community that is dedicated to raising Jewish families and we are honored to welcome in all who seek community and connection. We are also honored to have robust Havurah programs in which hundreds of community members join together in small family cohorts to create meaning and joy.
While we offer great programming to our families, we are not just your grandparents' shul. We celebrate the groundbreaking and out-of-the-box programming of our active and vibrant community.
